Host South Korea Terms of Service

Scope of Seoul Hosting Services

Host South Korea offers KVM VPS hosting, dedicated servers, Windows RDP desktops, website and WordPress hosting on VPS, and domain registration. Specifications, prices and delivery times are those shown on this site and at checkout when you order. Unless stated otherwise, servers are self-managed: you are responsible for the software, configuration and data on your service.

Permitted and Prohibited Use

You may run websites, applications, game servers, bots and business tools that comply with applicable law. You may not use our services for spam, phishing, malware distribution, network attacks or scanning of third-party systems, infringement of intellectual property, or any content that is illegal in South Korea or your own jurisdiction. Game servers and community platforms must not be used to harass users or to distribute cheats that attack other services. We may suspend services that put the network or other customers at risk.

Invoices and Payment

Services are billed in advance for the period you select, such as monthly or longer terms where offered. Payment methods shown at checkout include cryptocurrency, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer. Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension and, after a further period, termination with data removal. Domain registrations and renewals follow registry timelines and must be paid before expiry.

Ending a Service

You can request cancellation from the client area, either immediately or at the end of the current billing period. Copy any data you need before the service ends, because it is removed after termination. Registered domains remain subject to registry rules on renewal and expiry.

Data and Backup Responsibility

You are responsible for backing up your own files, databases and configurations. Keep copies outside your server and test that they restore. We are not liable for data loss on self-managed services, including loss caused by software errors, misconfiguration or compromised credentials.

Limits of Liability

Our liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fees you paid for that service during the affected period. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost revenue, lost players or lost data. Any service level commitment, such as the network SLA on dedicated servers, applies only as defined in the client-area terms.
